Official Channels
Monarch Space Systems maintains designated official social media accounts. Only content published through these accounts represents institutional positions. Official channels are listed on the Official Channels page.
Employee Guidance
Employees are encouraged to engage professionally on social media. Personal posts must not disclose proprietary, export-controlled, or CUI-sensitive information. Personal views do not represent the institution.
AI Content Disclosure
Social media content produced with AI assistance is disclosed as AI-assisted and undergoes human review prior to publication. AI systems do not independently publish social media content.
Engagement Standards
Official social media engagement maintains institutional tone: measured, factual, and governance-aware. We do not engage in speculative commentary, political positioning, or competitive disparagement.
Export & Security Awareness
Social media content is reviewed for ITAR, EAR, and CUI sensitivity. Technical details, facility images, and program-specific information require Communications Office and export compliance review prior to posting.
Crisis Social Media Protocol
During crisis events, social media activity follows the Crisis Communications Protocol. Unauthorized social media statements during crisis periods are prohibited. All messaging is coordinated through the Communications Office.
