Approved Spokesperson Policy
Only designated institutional spokespersons are authorized to represent Monarch Space Systems in media, public forums, and official channels. Export & CUI Awareness
All external communications are reviewed for ITAR, EAR, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) sensitivity prior to release. Communications involving technical content, research findings, or program-related information undergo additional export compliance review. No classified or export-controlled information is included in public communications.
AI-Generated Content Review
Any content produced with AI assistance undergoes mandatory human review before external publication. AI-generated text, analysis, or summaries are verified for accuracy, compliance, and institutional alignment. AI systems do not independently publish or authorize external communications.
Leadership Social Media Disclaimer
Personal social media activity by leadership and employees reflects individual perspectives and does not constitute official institutional positions unless explicitly designated. Monarch Space Systems maintains official channels for institutional communications, which are identified on the Official Channels page.
No-Endorsement Clarification
References to federal agencies, government programs, prime contractors, or partner organizations in Monarch Space Systems communications describe areas of collaboration, alignment, or participation. Such references do not imply endorsement, selection, or preferential status by any referenced entity.
